Restaurant Assistant Manager 

Job Description:

1. Identifies operational issues, investigate root causes by implementing effective solutions in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and staff to maintain a positive dining experience for customers; and

2. Engages actively with Korean customers by gathering feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and resolving any issues to ensure an extraordinary dining experience.


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management in an international institution and/or equivalent experience;
2. Must have at least three to five years’ Food & Beverage experience in an international gaming related industry; and
3. Proficiently speaks and writes the Korean language, both as a natural communicator and as a professional skill.
