1 Vacancy: Deputy Project Manager
Key attributes for this role:
• Lead and direct the technical and administrative project team.
• Execute and monitor project activities.
• Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
• Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects.
• Prepare and update project plans and status reports.
• Assess risks and how to manage them.
• Assign company resources to the sta.
• Coordinate with a variety of components to make sure that projects are
delivered as promised.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including
setting goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate communication between project team members and other
stakeholders to ensure eective collaboration and information sharing.
• Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and propose
adjustments to schedules or strategies as necessary.
• Act in place of the manager when they are not available.
• Assist managers in taking important decisions regarding management
procedures and operations.
• Attend meetings and prepare detailed reports.
• Hire and train new sta in their department.
• Help the company monitor and achieve business goals.
• Coordinate with dierent departments like ERM, BiTs, GSG, TA, Quality
and Ops.
