Deputy Manager is accountable for overall management of client services and colleagues within their Delivery Group. A delivery group can consist of one large client or a group of clients (groups of clients being the norm) or projects, and includes all services delivered within Customer Service. The Deputy Manager serves as the ‘single point of contact’ for delivery with clients and internally and is accountable for meeting and exceeding clients’ delivery expectations to ensure satisfaction, retention and future expansion of business.

For new client implementation, the Deputy Manager is responsible for establishing client relationships, preparing for an environment of ongoing collaboration and stabilizing overall delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
