SOFTWARE PRODUCT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Supervise and guide a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and interpret technical documents, including requirements and specifications, to align with global customer needs.
  • Develop test plans and test cases, and set up test environments for networking products based on global customer requirements.
  • Execute tests, document observations, and analyze results to ensure quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with counterparts from HQ Taiwan and the China R&D center to improve testing strategies and overall product quality.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the networking and telecom industry, with proven expertise in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols. Prior experience in software testing or programming is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
