Responsibilities
- IT Service Delivery Management
- Manage the delivery of IT Services for the entire network (Head office, branches, and sub-agent locations)
- Design and develop IT Service delivery processes and tools that are consistent with ITIL standards and enable service quality management and measurement at all levels
- IT Asset Management
- Manage the quantity and health of the company’s IT assets
- Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory in both Head Office and company-owned branches.
- IT Vendor Management
- Keeps an eye on vendor’s adherence to their contractual duties and evaluates their performance using business standards.
- Maintains and updates assets database, keeping track of each asset’s life.
- Keeps up ties with vendor contacts, handles grievances, and updates senior management on the state of the relationship.
- IT Patch Management
- Ensure the regular updating of software patches is applied to all IT assets.
- Assess and test the software update prior to deploying it into production.
- IT Cost Management
- Control cost and budgets on IT systems
- General Management
- Manage the IT Operations section, providing motivational leadership, support, and guidance necessary to forge a highly productive, well-respected team.
- Demonstrate business and financial acumen, ensuring the effective deployment of resources in order to deliver exceptional business results.
- Complete planning, implementation, control, and audit of service provision, to meet business requirements.
