ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER

POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager - Casino Accounting

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Plan and assists the team in performing the accounting processes to properly present Gaming transactions and render required reports, in a timely and efficient manner
• Assists in reviewing the team's work to develop more efficient procedures in carrying out the tasks
• Ensures that the day to day transaction posting is managed properly and accurately
• Prepares and also reviews specific reports assigned to the team before sending out to intended users
• Assists in Gaming financial report analysis
• Reviews account reconciliation to ensure accurate ending balances each period and identify needed adjustments
• Prepares work schedule of the team on a bi-weekly basis ensuring all required tasks are adequately covered and accomplished
• Assists in internal and external audit requirements
• Supports budget and forecasting activities
• Performs other duties as may be assigned
