Job Description

Official Job Title: Assessment Materials and Logistics (AML) Administrator

Key accountabilities

  • Ensuring actions are completed following agreed processes to a high standard and on time. Because of the role holders enhanced access to live question paper materials, there is an increased responsibility and focus on security.
  • Administrating the entire production cycle for question papers in their subject group portfolio. From commission through to sign-off of approved for print (AFP) files. This requires extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Processing hard copy question paper materials through the production cycle. Hard copy is maintained over electronic for specific tasks / stages for quality reasons. This is completed in the office and involves material receipt, distribution, storage and confidential destruction from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Copyright applications and clearance to enable post-exam publication.
  • Typesetting of question paper content to house style.
  • Data set-up of question paper workflows to enable electronic production workflows.
  • Data set-up and quality control of question paper reference data to enable onscreen marking of candidate scripts by examiners.

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential knowledge
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI).
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment is beneficial, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
