OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
  • Works closely with the Enterprise Director on special planning and departmental projects
  • Collaborates with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.


WORKING SCHEDULE: Mondays-Saturdays : 2:00PM to 10:00PM

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of project management, heavy equipment industry,  or any related experience.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
