Spearheads all activities within the region; leads in improving operating processes; analyze and develop
strategies to ensure overall efficiency of the business operations; determines the necessary actions to resolve
findings as aligned with national operations; able to see big picture and can formulate overarching strategies
to improve departmental/area performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • With 10 years solid experience in an operational sales or account management role in FMCG, merchandising or similar industry
  • Has strong negotiation skills and capable to analyze and solve problems
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in delivering client-focused solution
  • Capable to present and influence credible and effective management skills at all levels of the organization
  • Assertive, dynamic, hands-on, and strongly driven
