Job description
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of service stations.
- Team Management: Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster skill improvement and goal achievement.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling complaints and resolving issues to maintain positive relations.
- Volume and Sales:Monitor sales performance, utilizing insights to craft marketing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
- Budget Management:Formulate and oversee budgets, aligning them with both organizational objectives and financial goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory mandates, including staff training in these areas.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Department on key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and strategize accordingly.
