Job description:
• Managing a large team (225) of digital analysts, oering support and driving
functions for Trust and Safety Business at Wipro HYD
• Leading digital business operations for global market leaders in the field of
hospitality on social media platforms, ensuring SLA and value delivery
• Business Operation management with FLM, SLTs and partners
• Heading resource/capacity planning, proposals and cyclic reviews
• Working as change leader for transitions and new businesses
• Collaborating with HR and L&D team for people development and growth
• Driving people SAT and employee wellness, with a focus on retention and
recognition
• Participating in SLT OKRs to strategize for future business growth, sharing
best practices, and conducting market/competition analysis for sustainable
work models
• Leading projects and initiatives across LOBs using LSS, DT and BPM to
enhance eciency and optimize operational outcomes, including quality
improvement, AHT reduction, and resource optimization
