Job Description

Prepare architectural plans, blueprints, specifications, and color/material presentations for management approval

Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders—project managers, engineers, contractors—to ensure smooth project execution 

Monitor project progress: from pre-construction, mock-up inspections, to punch-listing and site implementation, ensuring compliance with SM standards, timelines, and approved budgets

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
With or without experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, SketchApp). Experience with 3D rendering is a plus 
Strong project management, communication, budgeting, and time-management skills.
Willingness to work within SM’s operational hours
