Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Architect is responsible for designing projects that are structurally sound, visually appealing, and meet client needs. They ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, oversee the construction process, and collaborate with other professionals in the real estate industry. They also promote sustainable design practices, focusing on energy-efficient, environmentally friendly buildings for a healthier living and working environment. They work closely with other professionals to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
