JUNIOR ARCHITECT


Full Job Description:

  • Assist in creating design concepts, drawings, plans, and models.
  • Provide architectural interior fit-out designs, specifications, and 3D models.
  • Prepare CAD drawings, specifications, and permit documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors, and attend site meetings.
  • Ensure design deliverables are accurate and aligned with project goals.
  • Stay updated on codes and regulations, and help with permit applications.
  • Assist in presenting designs and participating in client meetings.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Must be a licensed Architect with documents and certification from the PRC.
  • Internship or exposure to design or construction preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit.
  • Proficiency in other rendering/design software is an advantage.
  • Must be knowledgeable of local building codes.
  • Must be physically fit for site visits and willing to learn and collaborate.
  • Should be willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
  • Should be willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
  • Should be willing to undergo training.
  • Available to start immediately.
