Job Description

  • The project architect manages plans and design reviews. He collaborates with the consultant and client on his findings to come up with a more appropriate or comprehensible plan before construction commences.
    • Prepare a drawing registry and ensure that it is always up to date.
    • Manage schedules and set project timelines.
    • Lead and manage teams, including contractors and other personnel involved in architectural works.
    • Monitor work progress and prepare accomplishment monitoring.
    • prepare architectural works accomplishment report.
    • Evaluate contractor’s billing.
    • Conduct regular inspections on site to ensure that the works carried out by contractors adhere to the approved materials, methodology, drawings, specifications, and standards.
    • Review submittals from contractors, i.e. inquiries (RFI), materials for approval, certifications, test results, and methodologies (RFA) before transmitting to the consultants.
    • Inspect architectural layout
    • Verifies special processes including relevant worker’s qualifications.
    • Orderly collect, examine, and manage documents, i.e. certifying tests. Controls and inspections carried out.
    • Check the conformity of works carried out with the quality control plan and get the relevant records.
    • Examine the documents certifying the tests, controls, and inspections carried out.
    • Lead the team in unit acceptance.
    • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved inspection test plan according to Project Specification requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With an Architect License
  • With a minimum of 3 to 8 years experience
  • Exposed in all construction facets
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
