Job Description

  • Perform field inspections and assessments on various asset types such as vehicles, motorcycles, properties, and other collateral.
  • Collect and verify asset information, including physical condition, specifications, ownership documentation, and authenticity
  • Research market data and use valuation tools to determine fair market value for each asset type.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive appraisal reports with supporting photos and justifications.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate in any course
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
  • Experience as a Real Estate Appraiser is a must
  • Amenable to travel anywhere in the area and Head office if needed
  • Detail oriented and have high ethical standards.
