  • Oversee day-to-day airline operation at the airport
  •  Lead, direct and manage people to ensure that quality service are provided to passengers/customers 
  • Ensure to comply with government rules and aviation regulations and safety protocols
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Coordinate emergency response and crisis management situations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in the day-to-day airline operation at the airport
  • Can lead, direct and manage people to ensure that quality service are provided to passengers/customers
  • Knowledgeable in aviation regulations and safety procedures to ensure that airport and government protocols are properly followed
  • With good interpersonal skills and fluent in Korean language (both oral and written)
