DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
1. The Captain shall oversee flight operations of the company, including but not limited to supervising and guiding of personnel of the company assigned to flight Operations;
2. Indorse, recommend, advise the Head of the Company on all matters pertinent to improvement and smooth flow of flight operations as the the Captain may find necessary in the course of his employment
3. To see to it that the flight operations of the company are compliant with the standards required by law as well as by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines and other regulatory agencies of the government; and;
4. To see that the best interest of the company and its reputation shall be his primary consideration in all actions and decisions he will make during flight operations.
5. The Captain shall report to work for SIX (6) days a week to perform his duties and functions.
6. The Captain must perform aircraft pilot for the following services: Banner Towing, Could Seeding, Sight Seeing and Chartered Flights

Qualifications/Requirements

PIPER CHEROKEE | PIPER AZTEC | SOCATA RALLYE
CAPTAIN
• Airman License (ATPL or CPL/IR/FI/GI) valid and current for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of application with the corresponding proficiency check, assessment, or evaluation
• Instrument Rating
• First Class Medical Certificate Valid for the duration of the airman’s license presented
• Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Certificate (Issued by DOTC-NTC) valid for the duration of the airman’s license presented
• English Proficiency Level VI
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in Banner Towing, Cloud Seeding, Sightseeing, Upset Recovery Training, and Chartered Flights
• Other pertinent documents as may be required by the authority and/or company
