  • Lead and supervise projects in hydroponics, aquaculture, aquaponics, cattle farming, and sustainable farming
  • Oversee project execution, and team coordination, and provide technical guidance
  • Optimize processes, collaborate with new technologies, and conduct assessments for efficiency improvement
  • Develop plans for idle lands, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or similar course
  • Experience in Agricultural Engineering or related field
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in CAD, GIS software, and knowledge of irrigation systems, agricultural machinery, and equipment
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Knowledge in hydroponics, aquaculture, aquaponics, landscaping, sustainable farming practices, and environmental regulations.
  • Passion for agriculture and the environment
