As a PLDT sales field agent, your main responsibility is to promote and sell PLDT's products and services to potential customers. Your duties will include:
1. Identifying potential customers and conducting sales pitches to them.
2. Providing advice and support to customers on the various products and services offered by PLDT.
3. Achieving sales targets set for each month and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Building a good relationship with customers and maintaining regular follow-ups with them.
5. Submitting daily reports on sales activities and progress to your team leader.
In addition to your commission-based earnings, you will receive a daily allowance to cover your transportation and other expenses related to your work.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be results-oriented. You should also be familiar with PLDT's products and services or have the willingness to learn about them. A college degree is preferred but not required.
