  • Processes all guest requests and complaints and respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquires.
  • Familiar with all hotel services and features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquires accurately.
  • Up-sells and cross-sells the property’s amenities to the guests, company-wide.
  • Provides excellent service consistent with the property core service standards and brand attributes.
  • Seeks to provide refined luxury services ensuring guests’ satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
