Job Title: Pre-Authorization Agent

1. Logging in the EMR system used by the client to pull up patient's information.

2. Check and verify procedure that needs preauthorization.

3. Make an outbound call to the insurance company to verify the patient's coverage, eligibility and procedure that requires preauth.

4. Fill out a form from the provider.

5. Send the information to the provider and make sure the account is noted properly.
