As a freelance PLDT agent, your main job is to promote and sell PLDT products and services to potential customers. This includes internet, landline, and cable TV plans, as well as other value-added services that the company may offer.
Your commission will depend on the number of sales you make, so it is up to you to be proactive in seeking out potential customers and persuading them to sign up for PLDT services. You will need to be familiar with the features and benefits of each product and service, and be able to explain them clearly and convincingly to customers.
Other tasks may include handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with PLDT representatives to ensure timely installation and activation of services, and keeping track of your sales and commissions.
