• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure team alignment with company goals.
3. Sales and Business Development
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

4. Operational Excellence
• Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to safety standards.
• Take charge of store operations during duty management days, overseeing commercial priorities and customer satisfaction.
