HR Supervisor- Admin and Training
Duties & Responsibilities
Administration
o Leads the HR-Admin Team of 2 Administration Assistants in GMA and HRAs/Area Supervisors/Coordinators in the provincial areas
o Makes sure that all employees have 201 files complete with hiring documents and signed Employment Contracts with complete address and Notice of Penalty (if assigned to store with charges/penalties)
o Ensures proper custodian of 201 files nationwide
o Prepares appointment letters of managers, supervisors and office staff nationwide.
o Conducts audit of employment contracts of all accounts nationwide - monthly
o Conducts audit of 201 files of all accounts nationwide – quarterly
o Prepares weekly and monthly updates on the following for all accounts nationwide:
• status of employment contracts
• application and issuance of ATM cards/Hello Money
• issuance of company IDs
• completion of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig requirements
o Coordinates with all Area Offices on HR – Admin directives, updates and requirements
o Monitors vacation leaves (used/unused) of managers, supervisors and office staff not assigned to the account – weekly
o Monitors tardiness of all office staff – weekly
o Ensures that all concerns/inquiries in GMS Cares are being addressed within prescribed timeline – 24 hours
o Recommends and implements systems enhancement on business processes for HR administration
Training
o Ensures all new field personnel are given full orientation on Company Profile, HR and Accounting related topics
o Makes sure that there is an updated training inventory per employee being dome by the Training Assistant and performs training needs analysis
o In-charge of the preparation, revision or editing of training/orientation materials on Company Profile, HR and Accounting related topics whenever necessary
o To perform other duties and tasks assigned from time to time
