Job Description

The Admin Secretary performs day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties in the office setting. The responsibilities primarily include his/her reporting to management for support of the latter. Particularly, he/she is responsible for:

• Performing secretarial duties for the manager and provide general administrative support.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meeting and events for the manager, both internally and externally.
• Making travel arrangements for the Executives.
• Helping prepare for meeting and accurately recording minutes from meeting as required.
• Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for meetings and various events, if required.
• Liaising with internal departments and help monitor compliance to various deliverables.
• Collating, processing and distributing various reports to and from the Office of the Manager.
• Preparations and drafting of reports, memos, letters and other documents as may be required.
• Perform proper filing of document and records keeping and maintenance of databases.
• Monitoring of office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing and emailing.
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be a College Graduate.
• with at least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary.
• Exceptional filing, recordkeeping and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communications skills both written and oral.
• Highly familiar with various office equipment.
• Advance computer skills and comfortable working with various internet and web-based applications.
• Driven, patient and hardworking with an exceptional sense of customer service.
• Willing to travel and flexible.
• Office Located at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
