Position: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (MANAGEMENT AND DATA ANALYST III)

Salary/Month: Php 46,725.00


Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

Develops application programs, administration and maintenance of database platforms, as well as in providing support in gathering, analyzing and presenting data on park operations, programs, projects and other activities.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates with offices to study the current office procedures and develop solutions by designing information systems that would automate business processes and transactions.
  2. Develops application programs for electronic data processing of business processes in accordance with the approved information systems, flow charts, and other applicable policies and guidelines.
  3. Updates NPDC official website, as necessary.
  4. Ensures security and backup of data/information stored in the existing information systems of NPDC.
  5. Provides assistance in the formulation and updating of the ISSP.
  6. Monitors and evaluates the accomplishments of Service Providers in the design and development of Information Systems based on the approved Specifications or Terms of Reference.
  7. Conducts training and assists users in the operation of application program.
  8. Assists in preparing necessary documents for training, procurement of ICT tools, equipment, supplies, etc.
  9. Gathers, analyzes, interprets, and presents data on park operations, programs, projects, and other activities.
  10. Creates and maintains a database for datasets related to park development projects.
  11. Recommends opportunities for improvement on the agency's processes in collaboration with units concerned on quality management system.
  12. Provides assistance in the conduct and facilitation of annual and mid-year planning and budgeting conference and related activities.
  13. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service Professional Eligibility/Second Level Eligibility
