Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II
Human Resource Management Office

- Assists in the implementation of HR Planning, Programs, and other HRMO standards and activities.
- Responsible on the recruitment and hiring of applicants; preparation of appointments, renewal of appointments and onboarding activities/process.
- Prepares hospital orders and Hospital Personnel Order as necessary.
- Disseminates HR-related policies, programs and activities and administrative matters.
- Ensures updating of personnel information system.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Education : Bachelors’ Degree relevant to the job
Experience : None required
Training : None required
