Job Description

1. Assists in the preparation of consolidated budget financial report.
2. Responsible for providing support in the preparation of budget reports and proposals and other budgetary matters to support the activities of the unit.
3. Assists in the preparation and encoding of actual obligation and submits to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Commission on Audit (COA).
4. Prepares financial documents such as bank reconciliation statements.
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
