Job Description

Performs secretarial works by recording appointments and scheduling of meetings and conferences.

Records or releases all incoming communication to different offices.

Helps promote good order and discipline among personnel.

Provides support and assistance in cascading or disseminating orders, policies, guidelines or other information for compliance or guidance of employees.

Provides support and assistance in the conduct of planning review activities.

Provides support and assistance in the formulation and development of policies, guidelines, reports, communication plans or programs for deliberation and approval of the hospital head.

Provides support and assistance in the overall operations of HOPSS such as human resource management, financial management, facilities and supplies management.

Performs other duties as may be assigned.
