Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II (Administrative Officer I)

1. Support the unit by assisting in the preparation and consolidation of various mandatory reports.

2. Aid in the conduct of yearly Planning Conference for the preparation and consolidation of various hospital needs.

3. Gather data needed in the Hospital Development Plan from external and internal offices.

4. Review and process all incoming Purchase Requests from different units/departments.

5. Performs other related functions as may be assigned.


Qualifications/Requirements

SALARY GRADE: 11 – Php 27,000

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Experience: None required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
OFFICE: Personnel shall be detailed at Health Facility Development and Planning Unit
