POSITION: SALES ADMIN



JOB DUTIES

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts for truck units.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and registration papers.
  • Track availability of truck units and coordinate with the inventory or logistics department.
  • Coordinate with the service department for pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, or truck preparation.
  • Other related tasks may be assigned upon hiring.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related field.
  • No prior experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
