Position: 1 Camp Administrator & Coordinator
Job Description
1. Overseeing all administrative operations, including camper registration, payment processing, document management ensuring smooth, organized, and efficient camp operations.
2. Optimize transportation and accommodation systems to ensure capacity, efficiency, and cost control.
3. Champion document control strategy and ensure alignment with policies and regulations.
4. Maintain secure, accessible, and compliant document control systems.
5. Supervise camp, catering, and accommodations to ensure a safe and positive employee experience.
6. Foster a respectful, inclusive camp culture that supports morale and enhances employee well-being.
7. Lead the camp committee and coordinate on-site activities.
Qualification
1. Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience in administration, facilities/camp, or business services leadership roles.
3. Strong understanding of document control systems and standards.
4. Experience managing logistics for transportation and accommodation.
5. Skilled in financial and data analysis to support business decisions.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
