POSITION TITLE: OPERATION POLICY ADMINISTRATOR
:
*Develop, maintain, and update company operational policies and procedures in alignment with corporate strategy and local regulations.
*Analyze business processes and recommend policy improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
*Coordinate with compliance, legal, HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure policies meet all internal and external requirements.
*Create and maintain documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Ensure all departments are aware of and trained on updated operational guidelines.
*Monitor policy implementation and address gaps, inconsistencies, or issues.
*Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and standards.
*Act as a liaison between the Philippine team and headquarters to ensure policy consistency across locations.
*Manage version control and accessibility of all policy-related documents.
