Job Description

● Organizing, maintaining, and summarizing daily delivery records and comparing them to Sales Orders.
● Monitoring office supplies, ordering, issuance, and maintaining inventory records.
● Coordinating with the IT department regarding the daily attendance of all Supply Chain employees.
● Daily updating of time records of all personnel in the Supply Chain.
● Monitoring and assigning of daily cleaning schedule for the utility personnel.
● Assigning tasks to utility personnel/messengers daily.
● Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team.
● Performing other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree;
● At least thirty (30) years old;
● Can speak and write fluent Urdu and English language;
● Can operate a computer in Nastaliq script;
● At least five (5) years of experience in an administrative position; and
● Willing to operate and be liable for the obligations of the company.
