JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Processes and responds promptly to incoming communications, accurate message talking.
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
