Job Description

 source potential suppliers, price quotations and prepare purchase order timely.
 Obtain the list of materials, hardware, accessories, etc. of a project from technical team to determine supply needs and delivery requirements.
 track order and ensure timely delivery
 coordinate pick-ups and deliveries from supplies, admin/logistics (for schedule) and accounting (for payment)
 Monitor and provide all required materials base from bill of quantities (BOQ)Qualifications
 Monitor and implement maintenance of Company Properties (electrical, plumbing, other repairs, etc.) and Vehicles (repairs, insurances, oil change, tires, brakes, etc.)
 Monitor and manage Company Assets supplies and maintenance (Vehicle, Tools, Office Equipment); prepare and submit quarterly inventory report/request; maintaining an organized file including purchase & repairs
 Coordinates w/ the team for the request of repairs and maintenance of machines/equipment & tools; provide assistance to contact in-charge person
 Arrange travel and accommodations of employees as required (Book Grab, Lalamove, flights, apartments, etc.)
 Manages activities of driver’s/rider’s and utility to make sure established deadlines are met


Qualifications/Requirements

 With 2 year experience related to the position and in Construction Industries
 with good communication and writing skills
 with basic knowledge in MS. Word, Excel, Power Point
