Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviews and submits Budget and Financial Accountability Report (BFARs) and Statement of Allotment, Obligation and Balances (SAOBs);
2. Monitors and controls hospital allotments and Obligations;
3. Reviews Consolidated Budget proposal;
4. Reviews budgetary requests;
5. Provides updates and assists in the supervision Budget Staff;
6. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor/higher supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification Standards
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment : Budget Section
