Preparation of the requested document/s of all employees (Service Record, Certificate of No Pending of No Pending Administrative Case, Certificate of Employment and Compensation, Certificate of Leave Credits, and others)
Preparation of Notice of Salary adjustment (NOSA) and Notice of Step Increment (NOSI).
Consolidation and validation of performance evaluation (DPCR/IPCR) of all employees and reporting of Summary of Ratings and List of Eligible and Non- eligible Employees to Department of Health- Personnel Administrative Division.
Assist the secretariat of the Performance Management Team (PMT) before and during its regular meetings.
Performs other relevant functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
