Job Description

  • Data Entry and Record Management: Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and performing data entry tasks
  • Filing and Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Communication and Reception: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors/clients.
  • Scheduling and Appointment Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events.
  • Office Operations Support: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties like preparing invoices and keeping financial records.
  • Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, typing letters, and managing communication. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Must be a college graduate
