As a Warranty Special Service Campaign Staff, you are responsible on ensuring immediate servicing of Service Campaign affected vehicles through active customers communication.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have a baccalaureate degree in automotive or related
  • No experience required but preferred previous experience in a frontline or customer service position
  • Must have the following skills and knowledge:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Computer literate
    • Customer service oriented
    • Good attention to details
    • Good analytical and thinking skills
