Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (Human Resource Management Assistant I)

RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND PLACEMENT UNIT (1 vacant position)

  • Facilitates PIS (Personnel Information System), ID, Biometrics and Payroll Account (Development Bank of the Philippines) registration of newly hired appointees including Job Order employees.
  • Prepares Job Offer and Appointment papers for newly hired employees.
  • Segregates 201, payroll and Civil Service Commission documents needed for attestation of appointment of newly hired employees.
  • Assists in the issuance, receiving and checking of completeness and correctness of checklist of requirements for the appointed personnel
  • Facilitates monthly HRMO Orientation and Oath taking.
  • Facilitates and coordinates schedule of Neuro-Psychiatric Evaluation.
  • Facilitates Monthly List of Personnel (LIP).
  • Facilitates Pag-ibig, Philhealth and Tax Identification Number registration and transmittal.
  • Coordinates the data, important schedules, status and briefing regarding the nature of the newly appointed employee to all HRMO Units.
  • Performs other related task as may be assigned by the supervisor.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT UNIT (1 vacant position)

  • Monitor and maintain Performance Management Unit documents including e-records, paper records and information.
  • Receives and distributes various documents for the Performance Management unit of HRMO.
  • Prepares reports for the implementation of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) of the hospital using editing tools or programs such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist in the management of SPMS digitization programs and systems for the hospital and its cascading to all departments and offices
  • Prepares paper works and coordinating interview schedules for the Probationary Evaluation.
  • Assist in the HRMO-Performance Management Team (PMT) in scheduling, communicating of programs and preparation of materials for PMT meetings.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
