Job Description

Administrative Assistant III

1. Reviews and checks the completeness of supporting documents of Obligation Request.

2. Processes sequence assignment of OBCR/ CAF/ SAA numbers.

3. Prepares reports on receiving and releasing of various claims for obligations.

4. Receives/Releases obligation signed to end users/general vouchers for Accounting and other claims.

5. Performs other duties as may be assigned.


Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Completion of two years studies in college 

Experience: One (1) year relevant experience

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-professional)/ First Level Eligibility
