ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
Accounting Section
- Assists in the reconciliation and maintenance of various books of account;
- Reviews the accuracy, proprietary, legality and account classification of abstract of disbursement and various financial documents;
- Makes allowances or suspensions and drafts appropriate correspondences;
- Reviews allotments and obligations periodically and notifies relevant personnel;
- Reviews posted transactions in general and subsidiary ledgers and makes appropriate adjustments when necessary;
- Reviews and processes general vouchers, requests for replenishment of cash advances and other claims;
- Prepares financial transactions and other reports;
- Verifies journal entries of abstracts of treasury warrants;
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
