Job Description

  1. Performs regular periodic inventories of supplies and equipment by updating the inventory system and following a standardized inventory process.
  2. Performs activities related to management of equipment procured by and delivered to the hospital.
  3. Assists in the procurement process through canvassing of received requests for quotation.
  4. Maintains proper documentation of deliveries and returned or unserviceable equipment for disposal.
  5. Assists in the preparation of uninsurable assessment of the hospital to GSIS for building insurance.
  6. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or high school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience: None Required
Training: None Required
Eligibility: Relevant MC 11 s. 1996 Career Service (Subprofessional)/First-level Eligibility
