Job Description

Reviews the accuracy, propriety, legality, completeness and account classification of abstract of disbursements, obligations, bills, collections and various financial documents
Prepares accurate fund utilization reports based on the submitted complete documents by the concerned departments within the prescribed deadline
Tags in the system and logs all Professional Receipts from doctors and other incoming and outgoing documents with details as to reference numbers
Drafts and prepares correspondence such as memoranda, letters, certificates, and minutes of meeting within the prescribed deadline
Performs other related functions as may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Training: None required
Experience: None required
Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s.1996 Career Service (Sub Professional)/ First Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: Cash Operations Section
