Job Description

Assists in the management of accounts payable or subsidiary ledgers suppliers' account.

Assists in the management of other payables due from NGAs, guarantee security, and deposits payable and trust liabilities subsidiary ledgers.

Prepares periodic reports for monitoring of due and demandable obligated amount, and PHIC claims.

Prepares and transmits PHIC (PhilHealth Insurance Corporation) Claims for submission within 60 days from discharge date.

Ensures that the PhilHealth database is up-to-date.

Attends to clients' inquiries regarding PHIC claims whenever necessary.

Performs other duties as may be assigned. 

Qualifications/Requirements

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III 

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Training: 4 hours of relevant training

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s.1996 Career Service (Sub Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

Place of Assignment: Billing & Claims Section
