Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III

  1. Assists in coordinating administrative services functions.
  2. Prepares and drafts orders/ memoranda, as well as other office communications.
  3. Reviews and recommends ways to standardize administrative operating procedures and improve services.
  4.  Accomplishes and submits periodic reports of activities and accomplishments.
  5. Coordinates and acts as liaison officer to other government agencies.
  6.  Assists in the preparation of budget proposals, specifically for the administrative services of the office.
  7.  Provides advice to the Administrative Officer V on administrative matters (e.g. status of funds and accounts, property management, building maintenance, budget preparation and payroll keeping, personnel records keeping, central records keeping, etc.).
  8. Performs other related functions as may be assigned. 

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION: Completion of 2 years studies in college
  • TRAINING: 4 hours of relevant training
  • EXPERIENCE: 1 year of relevant experience
  • ELIGIBILITY: Career Service (Subprofessional) First Level Eligibility
