Job Description
• Provides clerical and administrative support to the department manager and handles housekeeping tasks
• Handles appointments of the manager
• In-charge of requisitioning of office supplies and materials for the department
• Takes phone calls of the manager
• Assists in answering queries of stockholders (walk-in/phoned-in)
• Takes care of housekeeping tasks for the department
• Processes payment of invoices/payment orders of the department
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
• Coordinates with the MMD Procurement Manager/staff on various administrative matters
• Coordinates with HRMD on matters pertaining to MMD staff employee data e.g. leaves, benefits etc.
• Coordinates with Controllers on requisitions and payments
