POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT
• Maintain and organize departmental records and files, ensuring proper documentation, filing, and easy retrieval of information.
• Ensure all documents and communications comply with company guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications, including translating or interpreting as needed.
• Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials for Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders.
• Manage cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences for Mandarin-speaking team members, both within the company and with external clients.
• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
